I acknowledge that my stay at the RV Park located in Miltonvale, Kansas, and any use of its amenities—including but not limited to water and electrical hookups—is entirely at my own risk.

I understand and agree to the following:

Use of Premises:
I am using the RV site and any utilities (water and electricity) at my own risk. I understand that improper use of hookups can result in property damage or injury, and I accept full responsibility for the safe operation of my RV and its equipment.

Electrical and Water Hookups:
I agree that I am responsible for ensuring my RV is compatible with the electrical and water systems provided. The RV Park is not responsible for any damage caused by surges, outages, leaks, or faulty connections on the guest’s side.

Personal Safety and Property:
I release the RV Park, its owners, agents, and employees from any liability for loss, theft, damage, or injury to any person or property while on the premises.

Conduct and Responsibility:
I agree to follow all posted park rules and local laws. I am responsible for the conduct of everyone in my party and will ensure respectful and safe behavior at all times.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the RV Park and its representatives against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my stay or use of the premises, including injury to myself or others.

Emergency Services:
I understand that the RV Park does not provide emergency medical services or 24/7 staff on-site. In case of emergency, I will contact 911.
